How shutter motor replacement works, and what to ask for

A failed motor on an otherwise sound shutter is usually far cheaper to replace than the whole shutter. Motors are matched to the curtain weight and barrel size, so an overloaded motor does not fail early. We fit motors to most makes of shutter and door.
